Refund and Exchange Policy
Happy In Style Exchange/ Return Policy on Full Priced Merchandise
We will gladly exchange or accept the return of any unworn, FULL PRICED merchandise within 14 business days from the date the order was placed.
 
The following exchange/return policy and procedures applies only to online purchases of Full Priced Merchandise made though the Happy In Style web site. For an item to be eligible for a full priced exchange/refund it must meet the following criteria: 

Merchandise must be unworn with tags still attached.
All jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, accessories, bike shorts, special occasion dresses and sale merchandise are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges or return by mail: Original exchange/return portion of the Order Summary Sheet must be completed and enclosed in the package.
Use the original mailing envelope to ship the merchandise. This envelope has a 2nd strip of tape so it is easy to reseal. You may choose what method of shipping you use to return the merchandise to us. We suggest you choose a carrier that supplies a tracking number if for some reason the package does not arrive back at the Happy In Style warehouse.
We will not be held responsible for crediting your account if you cannot verify receipt by Happy In Style of the product return.
Refunds will be processed once the returning merchandise is received at our warehouse.

Please allow 2-4 weeks from the return ship date for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
