Refund and Exchange Policy
Our Promiss; Our first priority is to earn customers' trust so customers can leave their garments without any worries. When we make a mistake, we will be able to notice 100% even before customers. Customers may think we may destroy, or ruin their garments during cleaning process. Answer is Yes. We may ruin when there is poor quality clothing which may release its color to another even though we clean as the instruction states.
We may ruin when there is unexpected item in the pocket such as tissue, colored 'Post-It' paper, a water soluable ballpen, a superglue, and so forth. We always try our best to empty all pockets before we clean, however, unfortunately we miss them once in a while.
But, often times customers complain about holes, rips on their garments when they pickup. In this case, answer is No.
We can never make such mistakes. Garments may rip during pressing/stretching process because it is worn-out and weak. Customers may have not been noticed that it has been weakened in certain area because it is usually hidden area such as back of sleeve where elbows are placed on the desk.
Moth holes are small and moth can damage sweaters in just one day if not stored properly. Usually, moth loves sweaters with any type of food stains.
Moth never attacks freshly cleaned sweaters. We may miss moth holes and not mention about moth holes when customers drop. How can we go over the whole sweater perfectly when we receive? When we say it is moth hole, it is. We have never made any physical damages to customers' garment for over 10 years of business. However, if we do make one, we will know and we will reimburse the money. We will inform before customer finds it him/herself. We promise.

When we agree that our company ruin, destroy, or damage customers' garment during our cleaing process, customers will be able to receive, with a proof of purchasing price, a reimbursement of

100% - In case of the condition of an item is nearly Brand New
80% - In case of the condition of an item is used but no damages nor visiable stains on
30% - In case of the condition of an item is poor; some worn-out signs, stains, and/or rips

If a customer receives reimbursement from us, we will keep the item as a  proof.

When we Do NOT agree, we will still waive the cleaning fee of the complained item, but we will not reimburse any money.
