    Had a great experience with East Coast Metal Roofing. I submitted a website request for a roof replacement quote over a weekend. Our roof was installed in 2017, but was plagued with moss and leaks. Jenna, their Office Manager called me that same Sunday to setup an appraisal appointment. Their Product Specialist Michael K****, came out that week and went through all the options, and existing problems with fitting our roof with a metal one, and provided a quote and timeline. He deemed us a high priority job due to problems with our existing roof. We set the date for about 6 weeks out in July 2025. July came, and the crew lead by Carlos came out and stripped the old roof and installed the new one in two days. Shaun L****** the quality control manager was in touch with us the whole time while Carlos and his crew did the job. The cost came in at the estimate. We needed new gutters also - inspection during the roofing job showed they were degraded - so we opted for that also. That crew finished in less than a day. Our roof leaks are gone.

    I recently had a roof installed by East Coast metal roofing . im very satisfied with the whole process from the initial consultation to the finished product.. From Mike the salesman, Jenna in the office, Keith and Dimitri on site and Eduardo and his crew. they were all very professional and thorough in the explanation and execution of the project. The roof looks great and I would highly recommend ECMR to anybody considering getting a metal roof.

    Five years on we're continuing to be thrilled with both the roof and the service we received from East Coast Metal Roofing. The roof looks fantastic and looks as new as when we first got it. I just had ECMR come out to install some permanent safety anchor points for other contractors and was reminded how great it is to interact with the company. They made sure they understood exactly what we wanted and were helpful and friendly through out the process. I recommend ECMR to all of my friends who are looking at getting a new roof.

    This was an absolutely excellent experience. These are the people you want installing your roof. I did my homework and all of their reviews were exceptional for good reason. They responded immediately, professionally, and were very pleasant to do business with. I had aluminum shingles installed, and they were tested within three days with 5 inches of snow. The roof cleared itself perfectly. There will be no more ice dams, roof raking, or shoveling. My house stays cooler, too. It's an excellent product, expertly installed in only two days. There was a supervisor on site both days, all day, and the roofing crew was hard-working and professional. Andrew, Dave, George, Jenna, Keith and the roofing team, thank you so much! You guys are the best.

    I would highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. The knowledgeable salesman, Ian *******, went above and beyond explaining the product and being available to answer questions. During the installation, which took 3.5 days, the diligent crew worked hard to complete the project in the discussed time frame. I am extremely satisfied with the final product. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them an 11.

    Its been 12 months now, i have been dealing with the roofer and the sales person , main reason i use them because they can fix the glass sunroom to the top to the wood , now i,m getting worst than before,they were saying we can fix it but we have to pay for the work , but on the paper says workmenship cover even i ask the sales person ,he says covers everything before they did the job ,i had enough so i have to come to spread my words to public,we spend $44,300 spend on the roofing , gutter with safe guard , when we agree he says he will do the gutter on the sunroom , but that time they cannot do now they will do if we pay them $500 ,my point for to change glass to wood is get ride of the water leaking issue but now is worst than before mold every where dear GOD,i need big help help ,thanks,****** **** .

At East Coast Metal Roofing, we take customer satisfaction seriously and always strive to provide the best possible solutions.After reviewing your concerns and conducting an inspection, we found that the water is entering through the siding and window areanot the roofing system itself. We understand that this has been an ongoing issue, and while a gutter installation could help direct some water away, the design of the structure makes traditional gutter installation challenging. Even with a new gutter system, the main issue stems from the aging windows and siding, which are beyond the scope of our roofing installation.Despite this, in an effort to assist you, we offered to install a specialized gutter system at a 75% discount, even though this issue is unrelated to the roof we installed. We regret that this solution was not accepted, but we remain committed to helping in any way we can.If you would like to discuss further potential solutions, we are more than happy to revisit this with you.
