    Do not use these people for your move. Its a scam. They took my furniture and told me thank you for the donation because I refused to sign new contract that initially was $2600 but increased to almost $7000 the day of move And after they load half of my things. They didnt even show up until the next day at 3 pm on a Sunday. Take my advise DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I hired Lotus to move my furniture from ********* to *******. My sales rep was ***********************. He promised me that everything would go fast and smooth and I could reach out to him at anytime if I needed anything. I have a text from him stating my stuff would be delivered within 4-8 days. After a week I reached out to ***** for an update and when I told him my name he said he was too busy and pushed me over to customer service. I then got the not so pleasant experience of speaking with ***** I asked her for an update and she told me that a driver had not been assigned yet and they would call when ready. I told her ***** said 4-8 days and she responded with yeah but by law we have 21 business days. After the call I waited a few days and in that time frame I kept texting /calling ***** who completely ignored me. After that week I decided to call his line from a different number and surprise he answered right away. I asked him why he was ignoring me and when he found out my name he said oops and disconnected the line. 18 days later my stuff was finally on its way. I was told it would be delivered on Wednesday 8/18. I got a call from work on Tuesday 8/17 saying they would be there in 3 hours. I had to leave work to meet them because I wasnt expecting them for another day. After the 3 hours passed I called the guy back and he said it would be another 2 hours. So I missed work for no reason. The 2 guys that were there did not speak any English which made communication hard. They ended up putting everything in the living room because they didnt understand when I told them a different room. They wouldnt put any of my furniture together and that was part of the deal. Then as I unpacked several things were damaged and broken. I dont have faith the claims **** will do anything to help. This company is only about the money and they do not care about the customer or their belongings. Worst way to spend almost $5000
