    We ordered a newer model of a manual pipetting system and received an older model worth half the price. I've called them and sent emails with no replies. They even sent me the user manual for the newer system. On the attached document, what we ordered is on the left and what we received is on the right. I can provide emails of communications with them until they received payment.

    Hi In regards to this complaint. We have already responded to ******* andthere is not other model that exists. The only thing different is the colored sticker that shows the size of the unit. There is not a design change as I work for the company, it just a colored sticker. Also in regards to his comment about price difference, you can purchase the colored sticker one for half price as well. Many options existed on ***** our price is due to our calibration of the unit. AS I said I work for Rainin so ours is the only unit that is professionally calibration which costs over $2k.
