This company sold us a diving board. We paid $1406.98 for it. It was delivered when we not home. When we got home and opened the. package the diving board was damaged-busted on the corner. You could see from the outside box and inside the box that it had been dropped. We immediately called the company the next morning. The last that answered the phone was short and rude. She told me I needed to send in pics of the package and the damaged product. I took pics and sent them in. We have not moved the package it is still sitting exactly where the delivery person left it.I have had to keep reaching out to them through email trying to get this resolved by either getting a new diving board or a refund. I received an email from a guy named ***** who asked me to call him the next day between 9:30-4:30. I called him today. He accused me of already signing for the package-as if I am stuck with this $1406.98 diving board. MY wife nor I was hime when this package was delivered and NOBODY signed for this package...even if we did sign for a delivery package why would that matter..we would not have really known nor thought that the diving board was broken.This guy does not want to replace nor refund our money. My daughter just happen to look this company up and found that they have so many complaints for about the same thing we are having an issue with. At this point, we do not wish to do business with this company and want a full refund. We have contacted our bank and filed a dispute.This ***************** is rude and his company seems to be a scam. This Compamy needs to be investigated and shut down. It seems he selling someone else's products and not backing up what he is selling.Totally not satisfied and very unhappy!
