Request to stop all contact from business. They have not removed me from mailing address after I called several times to be removed. I spoken to 10 different people over the years and they all promised to remove me but I continue to receive mail every week from them. I have called this company multiple times to remove me from their mailing list. I do not even live in ************* anymore but every time I call, someone states that they will remove me, and they do not. They keep mailing more advertisements. They apparently do not care or listen to a simple request. I dont want to provide an email address to them because they then will spam me.Business Response

This business said it has removed me from the mailing list many times over the past few years. But every two months I receive more junk mail from them. I want it to stop. I do NOT want to get their junk mail in May. But I am positive there will be something in my mailbox from them. What is the problem? Remove my name and address.

Once again here I am asking BBB to help assist me to stop mailings from this company! I received yet again another mailing from these people asking me to sell my home. I had filed multiple complaints asking to take me off the mailing list. Now I just got another mailing!! My last complaint was on 12/10/24. They promised to removed ****** ****** from future mailings. I wonder what their excuse will be this time!!! PLEASE REMOVE THIS ADDRESS FROM YOUR MAILINGS!!!!!!! They tried to say they never got past requests, yet BBB has documents dating before covid from me indicating multiple requests to be removed!!! I filed a complaint a couple of months ago and was told I would never receive mail from this company again. I said I bet I get something in January. Here it is January 14th and I received another letter from this company. I even called last time and was assured I would stop receiving mail. I have had enough. STOP SENDING ME MAIL!!! And don't tell me the mail will stop because I will probably get another piece in March. What do I have to do to get you to stop? Hire a lawyer? Go to the office of the attorney general? I am constantly filing complaints against this business and their mailing practices. I have a cluster of mailings from these people earlier this year and have filed a complaint asking them to STOP sending me mailings. My last complaint was on 7/24/24. I do believe I have filed about 6 complaints now over the last 6 years. And now, they have started sending me stuff again. I just got another mailing today 11/30/24. But this time it is a check telling me it's an offer to buy my house. I AM NOT SELLING MY HOUSE and again, I am asking BBB to please make this company stop sending me offers and mailings for my house. I think my next step will be to hire a lawyer to force this company to stop. Once they promise to take me off the mailing list, and I get MORE mailings, it is harassment. This company has been doing this to me before covid hit. It has been YEARS of constant complaints through BBB to make them stop. It will be quiet for a few months and then they start again. PLEASE contact this company AGAIN and ask them to remove me from their mailing list. I DO NOT WANT TO hear from this company ever again!Business Response

How dare you say you never got any requests from us to stop the mailings! I have received from you 5 different responses in the last few years stating that you will stop mailings and remove me from the list. Then within 6 months, I start getting them again. I am sure the BBB site has all these requests and responses from the past 5 years. Now I have no choice........If I ever get another mailing from you again, I am going to notify our lawyer and have BBB provide me with all the documentation from years past. I can't believe a business like you continues to harass with mailings after being told to STOP and then turn around and deny you ever got anything from us!!!!! I suppose you deny my phone call 3 years ago too?? PLEASE honor your word! TAKE me off your mailing list. I am copy and pasting these documents to my records and now keeping all mailings I have received from you during this cluster.
