      I paid $1,000 to Bath Fitter to upgrade my bathroom on July 15th - they gave me an installation date per ************* of early September 2021 - I called Friday 17th of September to ********* ************** had the secretary say there is no installation date on my order and they dont know why n to call ***** - Ive left message for ***** 2x to no avail

      I have spoken to this customer today. She called our office last Friday, 9/27/21, and was accidentally disconnected. She thought she had been disconnected intentionally as a way to avoid dealing with her issue. She was also instructed by a new employee to call a consultant that was actually out of the office for a few days. The new employee did not know the other employee was not available to return the call. The customer thought she was being ignored, which I have assured her was not the case. I have worked with the customer to schedule her installation, which we will be doing the week of October 25th. The customer was very understanding regarding the supply chain delays that have been impacting us, as well as everyone else in the construction industry, and she and I had a very nice conversation. I will continue to follow up with her until the installation is completed to ensure she is completely happy with the project.

      My shower came with a lifetime warranty. I had issues beginning with the install with Bathfitter. After a month, it was finally complete and I have loved it. But now my seal is coming off my shower door and it's leaking on the floor. Also the caulk both inside and outside is cracked. When I spoke with ***** he told me to go ahead and use it until they get it fixed. I am concerned about my floor and under the shower. It took me calling 3 times and 2 weeks later to get an appointment for 8/20/21 between 2-4. I called 6 times and sent 2 emails between 4 and 7:15 trying to figure out why no one came. I didn't get a call from them on Monday 8/23 so I called again on 8/24. ****** was going to check into it. No call back. I called on 8/25 and once again got the answering service in ******* who told me that there are many customers complaining about the same thing but she would email them. I just want my shower fixed and possibly my floor.
