- Fishing charter deposits are transferable up to 1 year from the original booking date should you cancel with at least 30 days notice or if the Captain cancels your trip due to the weather. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be charged the full amount of the trip. It is up to the captain to decide if your fishing charter will be canceled due to weather.
