My mother-in-law called this agent who set up her policy to ask for help with a claim, English is her 2nd language so she asked for someone who speaks *******. The person who answered said this is America and you need to learn English then hung up. When I called back the person who answered lied about what she said, told me my mother-in-law was lying and made an excuse about other ******* speakers calling them all the time and said she didn't know she was a policyholder or she wouldn't have done that. Then she wouldn't tell me her name or her role at the company. After multiple asks, she said her name was ****** but said her last name was not relevant when I asked she also hung on me when I pressed for her last name. I looked her up and it must have been ****** Pantano ******* the agent listed for this location and company on LinkedIn unless this person lied about their name. This agent is also selling **************** which is HQ'ed in ***** so she has no problem taking money from ******* people and selling insurance for a ******* company but refuses to service ESL people. Do not recommend and I'm changing agents ASAP
