I am following up on my previous complaint in regards to my 1500$ that was to be refunded to my account.
ng and was told they had a systems issue in office and had to have the mysterious third party credit card company return the funds my girlfriend asked for.a copy or receipt of the action and the Merchant ID and ARN# or transaction # that we could give to ********* and have them find where the money is they sent back , have refused to provide the information to us or refund my money. This has caused a major hardship ***** and my family and has set my bank account in the red and has stopped me from getting a car as I am was able to secure a car elsewhere for an extremely lower amount. we have now been told that ********** manager is on vacation and we have to wait until she.comes back on Tuesday 08/27/2024 meaning they have now kept a hold.of.my.money.for 9 days as of today, refuse to provide.the requested information refuse to take action to resolve the matter until the office manager comes from vacation ****** the Manager says it's the ********* merchants fault unacceptable.
As of today 09/06/2024, my account still has not been refunded and it has been more than enough time for the refund to have taken place.
I am asking that you please email me back in writing as to how this matter can be resolved there clearly is an error somewhere that has taken place and something is not or has not been corrected a debit occurred to my account in 08/17/2024 at your ******* location and still has not been refunded as I have been being told for the last three weeks
Myself and my family are literally suffering and facing many hardships because of this matter and I am exhausted to even have to keep reaching out trying to get MY money returned to me
I am asking for you to please please give me a concrete date of return of my funds not a window a date I can expect this 1500$ gets out back in my account.
I am truly suffering emotionally and this has caused an extreme hardship for me.
Please at this point I am begging for a return of my money to my account.

Good morning,I am reaching out again in regards to my 1500$ refund from your company to my debit card/ checking account.I still have not had my funds returned and have reached out numerous times via email seeking a concrete date as to when my funds should be deposited back into my debit card/checking account.I have asked for the Merchand ID, Transaction ID and ATN/AIN # for proof of refund, I have been told prior that your third party ************************ has refunded the money to me and to date I still have not received the funds back into my account and it has been almost a month. My ************** has nothing pending from your end to date and it is apparent the screenshot you did send me only shows and adjustment from your account but doesn't hold any identifying information related to me or my account. I would highly recommend you reach out to your third party ************************ and find out the account they allegedly put this money in as it has NOT been sent back to me. I need this money back as I am without a car until I can get this money back to use at a different dealership that was able to acommodate me with financing.In the meantime I am suffering tremendously and all at the hands of your place of business for failing to ensure my money was returned to me. The standard Mass Used Vehicle Warranty would be in place as well as any extended warranty's you purchased in finance when you purchased your vehicle. If you are out of time or mileage on the Mass warranty and did not purchase an extended warranty then you would be responsible for any repairs.Customer Answer

My issue is when I did have my warranty on my vehicle they refused to fix anything I all my paperwork from day 1 when I went in with a check engine light on and they cleared and it and told me I was all set came back on the next day refused to fix it. My starter went also in my warranty refused to fix it. I had to put all the money into it myself even when I had my warranty. Then when my warranty was up they wanted to fix it but also charge me crazy money

I purchased the vehicle on 3/16/2023. I was told that the registration documents were in the car, that I would receive the spare keys and registration sent to me via certified mail, that the car was inspected, and I realized after driving the car home there was no physical documented registration, no inspection sticker, got a call weeks later saying the spare keys had arrived, and was told that the registration and keys would be sent to me via certified mail. Then they called me weeks later telling me I had to go in in which I have refused due to my intensified anger of their deceptive and unfair practices. In the purchase and sales agreement it is documented that I had paid for an inspection in which there is no inspection sticker on my car in which I have since gotten one myself. I have called them multiple times requesting and demanding them to send my my registration, spare keys, and money to get an inspection done. I have been reassured they would be sent and to this day has not been sent. I am suing for total of $3,720 to this current day 6/15/23 for $40 per day fine for without driving with an inspection accruing an addition $40 per day accruing until the money is received. I would also like to make note that to this day I have not received the physical registration documents and spare keys which I was assured would be received via certified mail. Long story short, on 04/06/2023 I went to this dealership to look at a Jeep. Negotiated to a price and signed a Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement and placed a $1000 deposit. 15 minutes later, GM of Sales said they couldn't do the deal anymore. Gave me a run around and then said another customer had already purchased it the day before. I was frustrated and demanded my deposit back, which they returned. However, the next morning it was listed online for $3,000 more than originally listed for. If it is still available, am I entitled to the vehicle??Business Response
