I purchased a 2010 ************* E350 form the owner ***** ****** on May 8th, 2024. He never produced a title and the vehicle was repossessed by the auction because he never paid them so he could get the title. He is now on the run after scamming 40+ people the same way.Customer Answer

On 9/9/2024 I purchased a 2010 ****** Altima from Eddy at Bristol County Auto Exchange in the amount of $1500.00.He provided me with a bill of sale as well as possession of the car. I was told come back tomorrow 09/10/2024 to get the title. It will be overnighted. I called the next day I was told it didnt come in to check the next day. Then my calls were ignored. I emailed and for a response with the owners personal phone number. So I texted, he answer was if its not here get Thursday you can come back for refund knowing he is known for handing bad checks out I said No, I dont want a refund I want the car just get me the title. Needless to say, I have not heard or gotten a response to any calls or text since that response. This man is a horrible business man and should have never took my full payment knowing he didnt have the title. I am hoping this will bring awareness and hopefully get my title to the car I paid for in full and have possession of.Customer Answer

I financed a 2009 Dodge Ram from them for $8000 we put $1000 down. The night I picked the truck up 10 miles down the road the check engine light came on. Called them Immediately and was told they would take care of it, also the truck does not have a ** inspection sticker. 3 weeks ago I received a letter from ** DMV saying my registration would be suspended on September 12, 2024 due to non sufficient funds they bounced their check! Also due to the check engine light being on the truck failed inspection received another letter from the ** DMV stating my registration would be suspended on September 18 if the truck is not inspected by then. I have been made promises and told the same story almost everyday. This place is completely a disgraceCustomer Answer

June 4th we purchased the vehicle made a full payment of $7,300 which included the fees for him to do all the paperwork for us.We signed some papers along with a title. We had to leave the vehicle there hence it didnt have plates, registration, or title yet. There was an issue with the *** form so we called him & asked if we could switch the names on the bill of sale, he said it was fine, he said he sent everything over to the ********** should take about 2 days to get back.A few days went by June 12th, the dealer wasnt answering calls/text, so my boyfriend called the dealership to ask about the paperwork, the salesperson told us to come in & he would issue us a NJ temp plate so we could finally take our car home. The expiration date was coming up for the tag they issued, so we called & called nobody ever got back to us. The date came July 11th, & still nothing so we drove up to the dealership. There were 4+ workers in the dealership and nobody offered to help us, we waited for 2+ hrs in the waiting room while the ************ salesperson were dealing with a costumer. They even walked by us a few times to get ice cream from an ice cream truck outside while they left customers unattended, waiting for help. The dealer didnt say a word to us,left the dealership & then had the salesperson print a temp tag that is just a piece of paper. July 20th my boyfriend was driving while we were doordashing, we got pulled over by a state ************ told us the temp tag was fake/fraud, the title was still active under the old ********** towed my vehicle. They charged my boyfriend with unregistered/uninsured vehicle & forging RMV documents. July 23rd we went to the dealership to try to resolve the issue & only the salesperson was there, he said he couldnt help with the issue. We called a few days after that, the salesperson said the dealer hasnt been there in 3 weeks. Before we purchased the car all was good, he answered every call/text, once we purchased he stopped replying.Initial Complaint

On 7/27/12 agreed to purchase a 2012 Land Rover. Gave $1000 in cash and $2000 via wire transfer. When I got home to send the wire transfer notice the price changed to $9,900, and it was listed for $8K. ***** (owner) told me that the lending added additional fees. I reached to Credit Acceptance and was told there was no additional fees. I reached out on 7/28 to asked when I could pickup the *** was told that the lending did not send the money via wire transfer. But the lender email & texted me to set up my new account on Friday. On Monday 7/30, I called the dealership and ***** requesting to pickup my ***. ***** told me that he still has not received the funds. I called Credit Acceptance and spoke with ****** who told me that was not true and she was escalating this to a different department for review. I then called, email and texted ***** stating either I pickup the *** or I would like a refund. Once I got there, he told me that he never received a binder from my insurance agent. I showed him email that ****** from ***************** sent with the date and time stating that she faxed it over. The fax number was provide by ******* a staff member. The contract was voided at that time he refunded me $1000 cash, and told me that I would have to wait until the bank wire transaction went from pending to paid. It paid out on 7/30, I sent him message w/no reply. He still hasn't contacted the Credit Accpt. to officially terminate the loan. I did and provided *****'s cell and I am still waiting. They will not provide me a pre-approval for another vehicle until this has been resolved. Was told me he has up to 30 days. When ***** told me in-person that he contacted his **** and terminated the loan on Monday. As of now I have been renting vehicles in including U-Haul due to the expense. He refuses to refund me my $2000.00. I do have proof of emails, text messages and documentation.Initial Complaint

The dealer told me that the "Service 4WD" warning light just needed to be reset at the dealer. They stated the re repairs had been completed, but the mechanic was not able to clear the code a dealer had to do it. I bought the car on 11/7/2023, they said I could pick it up on 11/10/2023, they would take it for a title search and bring it to the dealer to get the service 4WD light reset. I picked up the car on 11/10/2023, they had done the title search but said they couldn't get an appointment with the dealer. On 11/27/2023 I brought the car to the dealership. They charged me $198.00 for diagnostic tests and told me the car needed a rear differential and both rear axles, they quoted $3600 in parts alone. Bristol County Auto Exchange has not answered any messages and a text to the owner remains unanswered. They out and out lied to me when they sold me the car. I either want my money back or the car repaired.Customer Answer

So many problems where do I begin ? Basically let me start off by saying I found the car, test drove it and thought the price and vehicle was fine. I saw the carfax and again was ok enough for me to purchase. However what I was not ready for was the O2 sensor going out, starter going out, alternator going out and the cherry on top : the engine went out. Since June 2022 when I purchased the car I have had nothing but problems, each month since. I contacted ***** and he did not respond back and also left me on read both times. Thats unfortunate this is how he does business because I thought the price was fair, the car had alot of miles, over 185K. I did not even haggle with him, I REPEAT I DID NOT EVEN HAGGLE WITH HIM. Which now i see and understand why people do haggle with car salesman, I wanted to make the sale a smooth process but you know what this is completely unprofessional and unethical and cant believe I have to now continuously, on a monthly basis keep puttint money to fix small problems that have costed me on average more than $500 each time. I urge everyone that sees and read this to not do any business with *****. Hes a con man, a fraud and could care less about anything once the car is sold and driven off the lot.
