      Vehicle was fine during test drive on Friday Drove the vehicle Monday to the garage to have the problem fixed just to find out the garage was close wasted my time at the garage on Tuesday for them to tell me hrs to days to repair the vehicle it needs the clutch, work possible trainsmision work ebreak doesn't work it slips in third gear and up abs light and track control light, come on sporadically and stop the cruise control from working i have already gone to the garage on Monday. After dealership, telling me to go there and have the vehicle out. I just looked at and set up a later time to have the vehicle repaired. No one was at the dealership, so I'm back again. On tuesday today to have the vehicle looked at so this will be my second attempt

      Mr ****** appointment at the Carvahlo's was cancelled as the Shop owner stated his employees did not show for work on Memorial Day.  Rescheduled his appointment for Tuesday 05/27/2025

      Found vehicle misfiring at speed causing vehicle to buck and not accelerate properly, losing signal with Crankshaft position sensor and Camshaft position sensor.   Replaced both sensors and test drove - vehicle operating as it should.

      I purchased a car in June of 2024 at the price of $18,500 After buying the car, I discovered all the tires were worn, and I needed to replace them, costing me $725.Also, I paid $8,000 in down payment and still have a loan for over $14,000. I am trying to understand how that is possible when I pay $8,000. I contacted the dealership, but they are not returning my emails. I need help in resolving this issue.

      Afternoon,

      This vehicle was purchased on 06/17/2024 and the customer put $8000 down, financed the vehicle and included sales tax, registration, document fee, purchased an extended warranty.   The total amount is $22,859 less $8000 cash down financing $14,859.   Customer has reached out and was explained the purchase price with all the additions of taxes reg and warranty.  ******** received her copies of all paperwork at time of delivery.  

      Tires we can offer at a discounted price of $66 each x4 is a total of $264 brand new -mounted and balanced at Town Fair Tire.   It is unfortunate that other service department would not offer you a better deal on tires.  If you need assistance with setting up an appointment for the tires please reach out to ***** at Auto Gals.

      I purchased a vehicle back in august of 2023 from auto gals. They lied and told me they did an oil change beforehand which they did not and I had to get one asap, started fixing the sunroof and then stopped fixing the issue and left it as is which it is still not working correctly, one of the headrests are detached, they sent me to a local ship called ****** auto in ********** ** to fix the brakes and I went multiple times and the problem is still not solved. At this point Im just beyond frustrated.

      Auto Gals has serviced this vehicle on numerous occasions before ******* purchased it and after.   When ******* brought up the concern for brakes we sent him to ****** ************ to have brakes and rotors changed on all 4 corners at no charge to him, when he was outside his warranty.  When vehicle was purchased we explained to customer the sunroof shade would not be addressed, and showed customer the glass sunroof did operate as intended.

      Vehicle was serviced on 08/14/2023 for Evap concern- replaced Evap vent valve and Mani Gasket - outside sublet

      Vehicle was at Auto Gals to remove tint for ** Inspection, also repaired splash shield hanging from impact.

      Vehicle passed a ************ Safety and Emission Inspection. 

      Customer was sent to ************************ in ********** for his concern for brakes at which time Brake Rotors and Pads were replaced.  ********* vehicle was outside the ********** Warranty over by miles 10/02/2023 ***** miles at the time.

      I've reached out to ******* with no return call, as of now,  to address his concern with brake noise and the head rest issue. 

      We will advise ******* to return to ****** Auto Repair, the company that installed the brakes to have them checked.

      The headrest concern, they are spring loaded and designed to pop forward in an impact to prevent neck injuries.   It is not uncommon to hit a pothole or bump in the road hard enough to set these headrests off, usually they can be reloaded in a few minutes.

      I purchased a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from Auto Gals *** used car dealership on 8/30/22. I brought the vehicle to my personal mechanic within 7 days and was given a list of things wrong with the vehicle and was told that it would not pass inspection. My sales associate said that it would pass and took the vehicle to another inspection station and got a sticker. By 9/22/22 the vehicle check engine light came on. I contacted the dealer and was told I could drop it off to be repaired on 10/6/22. There were no earlier appointments. It is now 1/11/2023, over 3 months later, and my vehicle remains at the dealership. Every call is met with "the manager isn't available" or "we have to order parts." I have been without a vehicle that I am making payments on for over 3 months. What are my rights? I have attempted to resolve this with the dealership. I have obviously had no success.

      Auto Gals, Inc. has been in consistent contact with the ******* throughout the repair of their Jeep Wrangler.   It was explained in detail that this Wrangler had an aftermarket Supercharger that did not come equipped from Jeep and would need special order parts from overseas, ******* and Africa as they are not available in *******.   We informed the ******* that as we were servicing the Wrangler that we did need to order additional parts at 3 different times from companies outside *******.  We have repaired the Wrangler and it is in the ******* possession.  The repair has been completed with no charge to the *******.
