    I hired this company to install a brand-new pool liner date of invoice paid in full 5/7/2023. On June 23, 2024, I contacted ******* from MP Pool to call me back about the discoloration of the liner and holes in the deep end right around the drains. He responds whenever its convenient for him, weeks and months go by with numerous calls and text messages. He had us call the liner company, which they said they couldn't talk to us because we didn't buy the liner from them, MP Pool was the contractor that bought the liner. With exhausting messages and calls as of two weeks ago he can't except messages (voicemail full) On June 18, 2025 I finally received a text from him saying that the liner company will pay $2325.00 toward the liner but will not pay for the water (attached is the text message. I have called so many times to arrange dates and for him to agree on his part to install the liner, fix the wholes and complete the job at no cost to me, no luck just a full voicemail. I will attach the invoice and 20year warranty from the liner company.
