    On Thursday, December 21, I went to the UPS store in ********** to ship an overnight package to my son who, at the last minute, couldn't make it home for the holidays. I paid over $300 just to make sure the package got there the next day on the 22nd. The package didn't arrive until Tuesday the 26th. I knew there was an issue when the package didn't arrive on the 23rd and started to track the package and it said online that it was picked up on the 22nd so it won't arrive until the 26th. I went to the UPS store quite upset and demanded a refund. The owner was there, and he was the most rudest, condescending person I have ever met, which made me even more enraged. We got into a heated exchange and he denied that it was shipped late and it was sent out the 21st and that he wouldn't help me (his quote was "it's not going to happen" in regards to assisting) and that it wasn't his fault and it would require a reimbursement from *** themselves. After Christmas, my wife called the UPS store (because I was still livid) and they said they put in the request for reimbursement and to wait 4-6 weeks. Well, 4-6 weeks came and went and my wife called again and was told it wasn't submitted (shocking) and to talk to the owner. Knowing that the owner was not willing to work with us, I contacted the UPS store today, and they confirmed that they never received the package on December 21, and that the UPS store did not give them the package until the 22nd - despite the owner telling me otherwise. I was then informed that I could no longer file a reimbursement through the *** company after 15 days and to go back to the owner. After seeing the negative reviews for this location, I can see why this place has so many negative reviews.
