When it comes to exceptional customer service with a "Wow" factor, Professional Tree is the gold standard. Owner Steve L responded promptly to our request for an estimate and provided a skilled assessment for what needed to be done in order to get the "biggest bang for our buck!'We're happy to report that our intuition proved correct that he was the right person for the job. Our project was on a larger scale in that our house is set back in the woods. The work involved the selective clearing of both trees and large limbs that ran along both sides of our long driveway, a significant portion of which were in direct contact with power lines. On the day of the project Steve and his crew arrived on time and ready to put in the eight hour day we were promised. They approached the project with precision, efficiency and a cheerful cooperative attitude with Steve directing and working with his crew of three strong, motivated and extremely courteous young guys. Together they delivered a service to exceed our expectations with an end result that transformed the property landscape.

Steve came to my house soon after I called him for an estimate on removing 3 huge pine trees in my front yard and a dead one on the side and trimming up several others in the back. I was impressed with his suggestions and appreciated his patience explaining my options with me. I had talked with a few other tree service companies since it was the first time I had ever had a big project such as that done and was a little apprehensive. Steve was always available when I called to ask a question and took the time to address any concerns. I am very happy with the job he and his crew did at such a reasonable price in such a short time.
