I am not going to complain about how rude, racist and discriminatory the employees here are. I will focus on the business part of the issue.On February 1st, 2022, I made one drive-through order with multiple items and paid for it ($34.63). I received the order with missing items. When I informed the employee at the window, they had me make a second order with the missing items and charged me $16.45 for the second order.(1) I asked multiple times for the receipt of the second order because it was too high for the items ordered. They refused to give me the receipt, and the manager and employees forced me to leave. I do not understand how or why I can be denied a receipt **** business) (2) I noticed that I was double-charged for some items because the receipt of the first order shows charges for items that were missing from that first order. Then, I paid for them again in the secon order. (3) On Feb 2, 2022, I complained through McDonald's complaints line (Complaint number ********), where I was told that the branch would call me in a couple of business days to resolve the issue. Nobody called, and I have been following up once a week since then. Last time I called, the telephone agent told me there was nothing to do about the complaint other than waiting for the branch to call, which they didn't for over a month now. Note: This is not the first time I had such issues with this place but this time, I decided to fight for my rights as a customer.Attachment: screenshot of credit card statement showing charges.
