    I placed an order for rugs and indicated via email to their customer service that I needed them immediately. I was told they would ship in approx. 4 days. Well, that didn't happen so I cancelled the order and got rugs someplace else that could meet my deadline. The order shipped out after I had sent the email. The rugs arrived finally, but I had no use for them. A return label was issued but then they deducted $50 from my refund for shipping. I am now disputing the charge on my ****************. Lousy service, and don't order from them as their return policy takes a huge percentage of the cost. Bunch of crooks.

    Ordered a rug on 4/12/22. I reached out via email multiple times between April 2022 and August 2022 and was told that the rug was backordered and that, once it was ready to ship, I'd receive tracking info. My last few emails in August went unanswered and it's been over a year since I placed my initial order. I think it's safe to say I won't be receiving my rug order. Also, the live chat and most of the contact forms on the website are broken. This entire online business is a scam. Don't fall for it!

    They took my money 10 months ago and have not sent my rug. They dont answer calls and never return messages. This business is supposed to be a female-run operation supporting women in business. They are a disgrace to women everywhere. Taking money and never delivering the product is fraud and theft. They should all be in jail for larceny.

    I ordered and paid for a rug in December 2021. I still have not received. Despite endless calls and emails...no one has responded since June 2022 when they said rug finally coming in four weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Their website says there are an A+ BBB company. THEY ARE NOT!

    I did a rug order with them on January 1, 2023. I waited the 10 days they requested before i checked the status of my order, but to no avail. I tried calling, emailing and even live chatting. No answer, which seems to be the case in alot of the reviews. I even tried cancelling my order and again, the form didn't even come up for me to cancel. I did contact my bank about the cc payment and did find out that the payment didn't even go through, but i will still be watching very carefully. I do have a feeling that the company is no longer in business, as this is no way to run a business! I am sorry i even tried ordering from them.
