I had looked at several vehicles at *** of Sudbury but I was either just given the keys and sent on my way or driven around by a sales rep. I did end up putting a deposit down on a vehicle at 6:00 PM with an appointment to pick it up at noon the next day; I left my office, I had arranged a ride and when I arrived, I was told the car was sold and that my deposit would be refunded. I thought the purpose of a deposit was to hold a vehicle. I still needed a new car so I went to Maserati and worked with *************************. ****** was awesome and very helpful. I really wanted a *** and he was happy to show them to me (still Herb Chambers just across the street). Fast forward I was not getting any help after I was handed off to *** without ******. Eventually I was over it and took the easy route and ordered a Tesla online. Its nice, but its not what I wanted.A month later I needed service on my *** Z4, I did not want to, but I brought it to *** of Sudbury. I just needed diagnostics because the battery kept dying. This car is special and very important to me. A week later I was told someone was going to look at it the next day. I was upset and had not realized the car had been sitting outside in parking lot under trees and we had had so much rain. I know its a car but I love it and it has always been garaged. When I tried to reschedule, I was told no. When I asked for the car back, I was told no. No one from service ever seemed available so I went to the dealership to steal my own car. It was filthy, but also blocked in. They would not release the car even though nothing had been done. I offered to pay for service that was not completed; I just wanted my car back. I wanted to buy a *** and couldn't help but laugh when a sales rep saw me getting into my Tesla and said I should have bought a ***... I would have done if I had been helped by anyone other than ******!Please! Save your money, save your time, and save your sanity. Go anywhere but here. consistent red flags.
