We hired Daniel T******** from Guaranteed Building Maintenance *************** ************ to repair the roof at the ****************** in ****** ****. He told ** at that point the roof is fine and after he done with it we have nothing to worries about.He finished his work and we paid him in full $7,100. We have a 5 year guarantee starting 5/23/23. Here is the language he sent below. The leak came back and we emailed him on 11/27/23. He sent another email saying he is 100% at fault and claims he fixed it. The leak continued. We call him he doesnt pick up. We tried emailing him and he told us to we need to replace the roof and he can't help us. We now had to pay another roofer to fix the issue and he claims this guy just put a piece of plastic there and thats all. David, this is absolutely 100% on me the primer we used on this repair completely failed. My guy RONNIE who has been in this field for over 41 years. This is the second time this product from this vendor has failed us this year. We have learned our lesson and have moved on from this vendor and will never be using this product again, my guys are currently on site they have just measured everything needed. They are going back into the store to speak with Ericc. They will go to my vendor tomorrow morning a different vendor obviously and get all necessary material tomorrow morning and return to get this completed for you tomorrow its going to be cold , but we will get this completed for tomorrow as there is no precipitation expected until this weekend but again my most sincere apologies I never have seen anything like this in the 30 years I have been in business either so again, I will send you completed pictures of the repair of that area once completed I hope this puts your mind at ease and Im sure this is going to cure things at Park and shop for you. OK you will hear from me again either late tomorrow afternoon or sometime on Wednesday. Thank you.
