      I bought a very expensive sofa from Boston interiors. I weigh 110 pounds and after 2 years the couch started sagging to the point where its collapsing! I paid ***** dollars and cannot believe what poor quality it is

      According to our records, ******************** has never contacted Boston Interiors about the issue she is having with the sofa.Boston Interiors will contact ******************** and see if we can assist her with the issue, she is currently having with her sofa.

      Purchased leather sofa 3 years ago. The dye on the seat cushions became splotchy with major areas maintaining no dye whatsoever.In contacting the company was informed the vendor was no longer doing leather.The most frustrating response was an offer to purchase a new sofa at a 20% discount.So after 3 years of ownership what they offered was an insult.Not once was a legitimate offer made to make things right.

      Looked up ************* account he purchased this leather sofa back in 2014. The manufacture doesn't make leather products any more and we are unable to get replacement parts for the sofa.. He was offered as an accommodation a 20% discount to come into the store and purchase a different sofa. What ************* wants is to return the sofa for a full credit and use the 20% offer to purchase a new sofa. Boston Interiors will not take back a sofa he has had in his home for almost 8 years.

      Sofa was 3 years old when problems started. It is completely untrue that I requested a full refund. I seeking some help in getting leather repaired . They offered no help at all. To offer me a 20% discount after owning the sofa after 3 years was an insult. Their response is full of inaccuracies. I found this company untrustworthy.

      Untrue I requested a full refund. Apparently they buy from vendors who will produce a sofa for a short period and then move on. This business model will leave them unavailable to deal with problems. Buying from brand manufacturers will mean they have the to warranty sofas for years.I found this company selling furniture at a price point that means they are unable to deal with problems down the road.I would never purchase anything from Boston Interiors my experience was quite negative.
