American Auto Shipping dispatched our order to ship our daughter 2011 to ******** ******** on Aug 10th they were to call on the 14th with pick up time but we had to keep calling them finally heard from the driver around 5 pm on Monday and he picked it up that night Monday at 8 pm down the street from our home. Her car was the last loaded of 3 that's all they carry it was guaranteed to be there no later than Aug 18th, but estimated late Tuesday or early Wednesday. The car was just inspected late Friday Aug 12 th for new inspection ******************* in Mansfield did all necessary items like brakes, wheel bearing, sway bar etc to insure that it would be good for next 7 months the Trunk worked and there were NO dents on the truck no breakage of the vinyl around inside of trunk and the latch worked and locked securely. My daughter packed two bags of clothes in IKEA bags that were allowed. Dispatch in ********* told my wife on Aug 17th that there was a delay and two extra cars picked up after dropping off two and that my daughters car would not be there till 4 to 6pm on the 18th driver didn't show up till 7pm. He wanted more money than what we were told and what was on our papers. My wife finally just gave him the $934 in cash it was a busy parking lot and he was parked next to big trees. The driver never mentioned that he had damaged her car. My wife drive 9 min down the rode to daughters college where they immediately tried to pop open the trunk my daughter saw the ********** creaked open there was a crack in back window tire ******************* but her clothes were there. we starting calling the driver/ and dispatch they wouldn't take our calls.
