Where do I begin. First, I want to say I dont like giving bad reviews. I really dont BUT I feel obligated to let others know what they may be getting themselves into. To be fair and fully transparent, this work occurred last year so maybe, just maybe, they have changed their ways (but probably not). Also, Ive delayed writing this review to give them every opportunity to fix the problems they caused but sadly, they have avoided even meeting with me discuss those issues. So what are those issues? 1. they used the cheapest quality of materials and didnt inform me that they were going to do that, 2. they didnt properly seat the fence and now the fence sways in wind, 3. they didnt take the time to install it right. Basically, they did a rush job and hide problems instead of adequately fixing them, and 4. Once they had their money, they ceased to be responsive. Like I said, I couldnt even secure a meeting with them just to discuss the problems that THEY created. The only reason this is not a one-star review is because they were responsive (BEFORE they got their money), offered a good price and quickly got the job done but thats it. In the end, we feel cheated and conned. Essentially, we didnt get the service that we paid for and thats really disappointing and disheartening. Our hope is that this review will help to prevent YOU from making the same bad mistake we made in hiring them.
