"Giving it zero stars this company is a disgrace that continues to take advantage of tenants by keeping deposits ,upping the rent whatever amount they want , talking to you however they want and gaslighting and trying to manipulate situations into thinking they are your fault I filed with the state attorney general office MCP just recently responded to second notice sent by them Attorney general office trying to send a bogus lease from the original one they gave me January 2023 that they had me electronically sign and date but yet they sent one to the attorney general office that didnt match the original one and they illegally falsified my initials and my boyfriend ran into an old neighbor that rents from them still and was told they were recently brought to court for another matter by a tenant and lost i have solid proof and evidence showing how disgusting and grimmy MCP LLC is not to mention them illegally keeping funds sent by wayfinders rental assistance program for themselves next step is court to get my 2,331 $ they owe me Im going to make it my mission that everyone the area knows just how corrupted MCP LLC Is.
