  Finding a Property Manager to work with for my first rental property was something I put a lot of thought into. I was referred to Anchored Property Management and have been thoroughly satisfied with their service throughout the entire process. From finding and placing the right tenant, to rent disbursements and overall peace of mind knowing that my first home is in good hands, Anchored Property Management continues to go above and beyond.   Anchored Property Management provides outstanding services and results to everyone. The thing that impresses me the most about them is that they truly care. They consistently strive to go above and beyond to serve others. In fact that's their motto - "here to serve not to be served". I have worked closely with them for almost two years and know for a fact that they are extremely generous with their time, efforts, compassion and thirst to keep elevating the services they provide.   3 months with leak in the roof and the problem still. I also need to call city hall and a inspector needs to come. Manny and Maity ***** answer and never talk to us Manny said "I call you and never call" we are living a nightmare and i know of other properties they had and its the same, c*** repairs and the costumer service its the worst
