    I was called multiple times by Ms.Jalina ************ EX1009 multiple/various callers.On my way to Doctors appointment I went there to respond. I had intense history going to location before Elixia was established. Not good.I was tolerant to respond/participate.I was met kindly with a lady shook my hand.After gentlemen introduce ********** the office Without warning nor a consent/disclaim form. She started asking me some personal questions that were vicious, intensely traumatic.What bothered me wasn't the questions.But how unapathetically she did it to where it caused me to feel indignantly uncomfortable and dismiss the session and leave as I recieved a text from my doctor.I had to relive my trauma and inside the clinic.From what I bare witness, a research should be conducted on the division and staff themselves based on the heavy use /reliance of ai/technology.Because it seems that everyone has lost their humanity in the process.I dont plan on returning ************ better *Error. BBB seem to erase ELIXIA.Its not letting re-edit

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the concerns raised by the individual regarding their recent visit to our office on August 20, 2025.
    The individual arrived expressing interest in learning about clinical studies for which they may be eligible. During the intake process, our staff member reviewed general medical history with the individual, including any mental health conditions, to assess potential study eligibility. At no point were they required to share personal details, and it was clearly communicated multiple times that any information they chose to share was voluntary and could be removed upon request.
    Although the individual voluntarily began sharing traumatic experiences, our staff member reiterated several times that this level of detail was not necessary. The purpose of the intake was solely to understand if the individual might qualify for existing or future clinical research opportunities. When the individual became visibly upset, our staff member again clarified that nothing needed to be shared unless the individual was comfortable doing so.
    The session was concluded respectfully after the individual stated they needed to leave. Shortly thereafter, the individual returned to the office and expressed that they no longer wished to participate. In response, all personal information was promptly removed from our system, and the individual's profile was marked to exclude them from future outreach.
    We are genuinely sorry that this experience caused distress. We strive to approach every individual with empathy, professionalism, and respect, and we will use this feedback to ensure continued sensitivity in our communication and interactions. Our intent was never to cause harm or discomfort, and we respect the individuals decision not to return.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The statement is incorrect.

    I never insisted on including sensitive detail.

    Lady continued insisting that I get more indepth with my trauma as she was grinning. I ran into her again. When I was seeing my doctor. In concern I asked my doctor that I dont feel comfortable. He said "Apologies, We have nothing to do with division Elixia.We just happen to share the same building and door happen to be open is all.

    She stared and smirked at me. Didn't apologize. I walked away to my doctors appntment.

    Per discrepency, I changed to mobile appntments with my doctor to avoid unwarranted reunions. For current.

    I understand apology but a form of disclosure/consent form needs to be addressed and warn that there may be sensitive questions/topics that may make client feel uncomfortable. None of this was included nor mentioned. And is sole responsibility of the business/clinic to excrcise practice.
