    As a small business here in central ************* we have been fortunate enough to have worked with Melody for several years. During that time Melody has helped guide us through many challenges common to small businesses. Melody's professionalism, in-depth knowledge and responsiveness has helped us through many issues and continues to guide us today. Melody has assisted us with the hiring, on-boarding and training processes. Melody has made sure we are always in compliance with applicable laws, and has aided us in developing processes and documentation that not only protects our employees but our company as well. Melody has become a key part of our leadership team and an invaluable asset to our organization.

    Melody worked with our company for the last year and was a great asset to our company, She took over the HR role which included recruiting, on boarding new employees, updating the employee handbook, updating our job descriptions, and all employee relations. Her HR knowledge was extremely helpful in helping to educate our managers and employees with any questions they had. Any company that hires her would be extremely lucky to have her as part of their team.
