            I ordered a residential oil tank and received the Sales Order SXXXXXXX. I received the tank on Oct 20. When it arrived i noticed that the tank was damaged. After speaking with Matthew M******** he issue an RMA XXXXXX to return the tank. Since then my calls and emails have not been returned. I paid 1331.98 I am requesting that the company return my money asap. It has been many days since they have contacted me back. 200.00 of that 1331.98 was for shipping. since the tank is still sitting on my front sidewalk right in front of my house i request my shipping cost back also. I have left many messages on the corporate number with no return phone calls.

            Upon opening the packaging, I noted that the part I ordered was not the item received. Within 24 hours of my email to request return instructions, Customer Service Agent, Michelle, responded. A full-refund was issued to my bank, with no return requirement. "Please recycle". To err is human, and the immediate action of NBD is Divine! "When" - not if, unfortunately - my next component/accessory fails, NBD will receive my business. I recommend, strongly, they be the source for yours.
