    The service department at Bournes Auto is an absolute joke. Theyve done nothing but waste my time and lie to me. The service writer ******* ******* is the worst hes so disrespectful and combative when he should be accommodating to customers. If I could give less stars I would this place is absolutely terrible when it comes to service department.

    To all potential buyers from Bourne Auto or any other dealership PLEASE DO NOT BUY PORTFOLIO EXTENDED WARRANTY. They are a RIPOFF.

    We are sorry you are not fully satisfied with your portfolio service contract.  They did cover the vast majority of your repair($2,100).  With any service contract there are going to be components that are not covered.  If you have one more covered component fail over the life of the contract you will have received a full benefit of the contract and then some.  Most customers would be appreciative of that.

    Dishonest, disrespectful, will laugh at your questions when you ask. Theyve stolen my vehicle and wont release it. Up until *** threatened to get a lawyer and get the police involved. This place is disgusting and ***** should be ashamed that he hired his main lead people. I hope you see this. I hope this comes back to you one day and you get the karma of being a spineless dishonest low moral used car salesman. F****** pathetic. I in fact am not done until this is resolved the RIGHT WAY.

    This dealership is very dishonest and disrespectful. They will lie and say they've done work they haven't and do ot poorly. Not to mention a poor experience buying and having a vehicle delivered. Their sales and service are extremely absent human decency. They will refuse to return your calls. All together they are the epitome of "car salesmen" in every negative sense of the phrase.

    On 11/25/22, I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX60 from Bourne's Auto in *************, **. In the 13 months I have owned it, there have been two major mechanical problems with it. First, an unfastened alternator bracket, which cost $1300 to repair, and now rod knock to the engine, with an estimated repair of $15,000. The vehicle is currently undriveable. I have maintained the vehicle properly in the 14 months I have had it.I was told by Infiniti that this vehicle should not have been sold to me. In addition to this vehicle being sold three times at auction before being sold to me, there is documentation that this vehicle needed a new engine in 2021.The Carfax On 9/15/22 shows that Bourne's in ************* did extensive service to this vehicle. The already damaged engine was either neglectfully missed, or intentionally ignored.Bourne's Auto in ************* closed. However, the flagship location in South Easton, ** is still open. I connected with the owner. He is not offering any help.

Due to the amount of time that has passed(14 months) and the amount of miles you have put on the vehicle(20K) this repair would be well outside of the standard 90 day ***** mile warranty we offered on every vehicle sold in *******. Had we not sold the dealership in *******, we certainly would have been able to offer some assistance in our repair shop.

    Incredibly nice people, bad service Went in with a very specific budget. Said I had 5k to put down and 250 a month. Contract had to be redone because they assumed I wanted a 5k dollar service option. You know what they say on assumptions Purchased the vehicle knowing it had a check engine light issue, when we asked them to repair it, they just reset the engine, no work was done at all . Good thing we had the vehicle inspected because the state found a list of codes that somehow their service department had no clue about. When we called and said they needed to fix it, they tried to set up a service date 3 weeks out. When I said absolutely not they did comply with my request.When the vehicle was brought in for service we had to wait 5 days for a loaner vehicle to become available. After emailing them multiple times for some sort of compensation for all this frustration and setback no one answered my questions.**** the service manager did say he would add some coupons for some Oil changes to our receipt. Im really looking forward to how much money they had to put into the car cause when I purchased it it certainly wasnt worth the price tag it had on it. Car was not at all ready for the sales floor or lot.Sorry but an absolutely disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend buying a car here unless you have 6 whole weeks of time to do so.
