- In the event of cancellation of projects, The Brown Group Worldwide® requires the following:
Request for cancellation expires within 20% of the duration, of the contracted length of time, placed on the active project
For cancellations after the cancellation period has expired, the client is ineligible for refunds.
If a down payment has been placed on an active project with a remaining balance, the client is entitled to 50% of the down payment for refund.
If no down payment has been placed on an active project with a remaining balance, the client is not entitled to any refund.
If the active project's balance has been paid in full, the client is entitled to 25% of the project's total payment. - Business Categories
