      Middlesex Federal Savings Has Some Type Of Contract Or So With A Banking App Named NOVO. Well From What A Middlesex Rep **** All They Do Is Hold NOVO Customers Money, They Arent Able To Do Anything Account Wise. ******* Also Knew out ********** I Was Referring To She Says IS YOUR ACCOUNT WITH NOVO? I Replied YES She Went On Saying How Many Excessive Complaint Calls Regarding NOVOs Lack Of Communication And The Illegal Unfair Things Theyre Putting Their Customers Threw. I Also Explained My Frustration And Anger Im Feeling Because Of Non Communication, She Heard Me Out Which I Surly Appreciated. Just Today I Read An Article About CHIME BANKING APP. Theyre Also Freezing Peoples Accounts Without Any Answers Or Solutions. These App Banks Seem To Be No Good. YOU DONT PLAY WITH PEOPLES MONEY, ITS OUR LIVELIHOOD AS WELL AS SURVIVAL. I Truly Hope ******* Who Can Help Me Comes Across This Complaint.
