  Had Gemini do a total siding replacement. Many unresolved problems. In my opinion you should run not walk away from this company.

  I could not be more pleased with Gemini. ****** was just so personable and he explained everything in great detail regarding pricing and exactly what to expect on roofing day. I also used their financing which was effortless. Pricing was great excellent excellent so very happy I went with Gemini. If you need a roof start your search with Gemini you wont be disappointed.

  I hired Gemini in 2021 to renovate the exterior of my home. New roof, siding, gutters and they worked on the shed to match the look to our home. Their work was spectacular and hands down ******************* ever to work with. I cannot say enough great things about them. They have been back to do a few small jobs. Every week somebody compliments the transition of our home. I would hire them over and over again.

  The project was to install a complete new roof plus new gutters on my 3-storey home. From the start, they gave me a detailed estimate, explaining possible contingencies. They turned up on time, were well organized, and got the work done and were very responsive when I had any questions.

  Hired Gemini Home Improvement to renovate our main upstairs bathroom. Unlicensed Electric and ***************** non english speaking., no site protection used, poor craftmanship permits not pulled Everyday was an issue on this disaster of a project. Per the contract ******* was suppose to be here everyday inspecting the work he was here approx 5 times over a 4 month period. The timeline for the work was over per the contractor. Mishaps daily babysitting these workers who did not understand us. We called the city inspectors on Gemini. Our bathroom current as of today 9/15/22 is unusable because water leaks when you take a shower. Gemini's response to us is we knew you weren't going to pay from day 1 everyone knew it. Integrity of this company and the person who communicates with the customer has zero knowledge of construction. We no longer wanted these people in our home so our issue is not resolved as of this date. This company hires incompetent sub contractors. We just moved into this home had our floors redone in December and workers walking over them without site protection. Complained daily. House was a construction site as the manager called it even though it was an upstairs bathroom. House full of dust promised to clean the home after the work never happened. Dust everywhere. Day 1 contractor failed to shut off water resulted in water coming through an electrical light and through the ceiling near my kitchen. Had to have Alliance restoration repair for mold. This expense has been paid out of our pocket with no reimbursement. Horrible experience and we do not have a bathroom to use we now have to find another contractor to fix Gemini's disaster. One star on this business is too much.

  We just had our houses roof and sheds roof replaced. The workers were here at 6:30 in the morning and worked straight through to 6:45 pm. Then they came back to finish up with the shed. I was looking at all the debris and thought there is no way all of that could be cleaned up - by the end of the day it was completely cleaned up! We are very happy with how the roof came out and will definitely recommend them. Thank you! Awesome job!
