    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. ******************* will not answer phone calls or texts from me. It appears he thinks this situation will just go away if he ignores it. The man is a criminal. 

    mentation of the window order. ****** does not respond Feb 15, 2023 - ******** texts ****** informing him she would be requesting a refund if he was unable to provide proof of transaction by Friday. ****** responds, informing her he had not had time to gather the papers the night before, but promised to get them to her. He also informs her there is no refund on custom windows once they go into production, so she would need to cancel before Monday. ******** responds requesting the cancellation of the windows and a refund. ****** does not respond Feb 17, 2023 - ******** texts ****** to confirm the windows were canceled. He responds that the windows were canceled and that he is waiting on a confirmation number. ****** fails to provide ******** with proof of any window orders or window order cancellations.March 18, 2023 - ******** texts ****** informing him it has been 30 days and inquiring about her refund. ****** does not respond. ****** has failed to respond since.
