The team that was sent to my home did a terrible paint job. They did not pressure wash my home before painting. I was told they wiped everything down with Clorox wipes. I was charged for a "wash". When I inquired about the pressure washing, I was told that the contract did not specify the type of "wash".There were many areas unpainted and not caulked. There were too many minor errors for me to point out to a "professional" company.There were dents left on my gutters and paint left on my grass.The wood that was to be replaced simply was not done.I was highly upset.I spoke with the owner, *******************, and voiced all my concerns. He did visit my home to see my complaints, but did not acknowledge any of my concerns. I did not feel respected or valued as a customer. I asked him to hold my check until these issues were concerned. He agreed, but did not honor his word.He sent another crew to my home to assess the job the first crew did. The leader of that crew recommended an entire new paint job.If it were not for ******, the leader of the second crew, I would not have had a decent job done.****** replaced the wood properly.I have not heard from the company regarding my gutters.I paid nearly $3000 for a paint job that traumatized me and continues to make me angry when I see the large spot of grass that was covered in paint.The paint job is only as good as the crew that is sent to your home.
