Bought my ring on 05/05/2025 and it was delivered on time with no problem. Within 2 weeks my ring came apart and I contacted the company. They said sorry for inconvenience and said they would ship me a new one which per invoice was sent out on 05/30/2025. I waited and still didnt receive ring and called them back. He said it should be there Thursday or Friday week of June 4-6. Waited called back said it was back ordered and said he would ship out and gave me a tracking number on the 9th. Tracking number didnt work called back and they stated he messed up on tracking order and gave me a new one and said they are still waiting for that size ring (12). Looked at tracking order and it states label made waiting for product. I called again and they stated it will be in by Friday the week of the 15th and Im still waiting for the ring. I went online and can order the same ring same size and said it would be delivered this week which is July *******. I just want ring replaced or give my money back.Business Response

Purchased a ring from Tungsten Fashions for $49.99 with a lifetime warranty in 2019. Early 2025 I requested an RMA# to get the ring replaced under warranty because a manufacturing defect. I ordered a wedding band on June 28th 2024. I was told it was shipping next day via *****. My wedding was the 30th. The ring showed up after the wedding shipped via ******** I was charged ***** for the ring and ***** for the overnight shipping. I spoke to then and emailed them and was supplied a return label with the promise of a full refund. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They did not send the package overnight as they claim, it was sent us mail and arrived after my wedding. My wife and I had to scramble to find a ring. He told me to return the ring...told me he was refunding me for both shipping and the ring.
Not one thing he promised happened.

This customer ordered an engraved ring at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday night to arrive the next day on a Saturday wedding. The customer wanted us to engrave the ring, overnight it and ship the ENGRAVED ring within 10 minutes - 1 hour past our cut off time.
We did it for him - however the shipping company delayed the shipment, not us. We have done nothing wrong. The customer ordered an engraved ring, that is not able to be exchange or returned. We make that very clear.
We shipped the engraved ring back to the customer.

We ordered two wedding bands, two months ago with a promise to be shipped the same day of order. After calling three weeks in the row, we finally received one ring, but the second one was never shipped. We kept calling every week with the same answer that the ring was shipped we still didnt receive the ring and decide to cancel the order. I never received my updated ring size 17 that I ordered 2 months ago from the business. I called and was suppose to get a new order and tracking number for the ring to be shipped out again and I have yet to receive it I have called numerous times and now I cant get anyone on the phone. We are here in the office every day, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. We always pick up on the first or second ring. Always. We shipped the replacment ring to the customer - however, they state they did not receive the ring. Not only has this ring been refunded, the customer also has an extra unpaid ring for $79.98 ring on her that she is refusing to send back to us. The customer put in her ** address by mistake when placing the order and we shipped it to the ** address. She called and said she made a mistake, we thought it was an honest mistake, so we engraved and shipped her another ring to her current FL address in ************* Apparently she called her old neighbors relentlessly to get a hold of the ring we sent to her old ** address. She ended up getting that ring that we sent to ** from her neighbs AND the ring we sent to her in *** Not only did we refund her for the other ring, on another order she sent back to us, she still owes us $79.98 for that extra, unpaid ring that was got from the ** address. ********, you have an extra unpaid ring and you filed a BBB complaint against us?
No good deed goes unpunished. Again, this is the epitome of doing the right thing and getting spit in the face for doing so. However, this customer will never pull us away from doing the right thing and taking care of our customers that we have been taking care of for the past 18 years.

We have called this customer 3 times in order to help. They refuse to pick up, but have no issue with emails. The package was engraved, shipped and delivered. The emails below are some of what we have with the customer, we will be happy to upload hours of more emails and will do so.
We have been more than happy to help this customer and even filed a claim for them on their behalf. Yet they contact the BBB on us? We will close that file and they can deal with *** directly now. We were simply trying to help them.
