    I got enrolled in Remote Mode on October 3 for the System Administrator career track (i paid **** USD through debit card) , they promised they would assist me with questions i would have about the program though email or phone calls. After i reviewed the material in the program i realized that it was old stuff, i realized they would be teaching me obsolete software (i.e ********* Server 2016 which is not supported by ********* anymore).That is when i sent an email to the person who enrolled me asking to speak to a manager and then he never gave the information. (I have the emails in case you need them).Then i tried to contact ****************** through email. One person called me and asked me to explain her the issue which i did, then she said somebody would call the next day and again nobody call me and now im just desperate so i resort to BBB, because i,m working class person and **** USD is a huge amount of money for me.

    Good day.

    This is to acknowledge your message about the complaint received from BBB, Complaint #********. This complaint has been resolved and settled with the client using the RemoteMode refund process,  transaction number #****-6228.

    Customer is aware of the process and the expected time frame to post in his bank account which is within 10 businesses from the time the refund was approved and cleared by the bank.  Email confirmation from client received provided the copy of official refund receipt that was received on his end.  

    And just in case the customer will have any other questions or concern we also provided a contact number to where he can reach us.


    Thank you for the service and allowing us to have ample time to settle this with the customer.
