On 8/18/25 my car was towed from a private apartment complex at 2:58pm due to me being illegally parked which I do not dispute. Once I noticed at 4pm that my car had been towed, I attempted to retrieve my vehicle. I called the ***** Towing at 4pm. I was transferred to an afterhours phone service as the business had been closed for the day due to an emergency. The following day 8/19/25 I explained to the woman (*****) that I attempted to pick up my car but they had closed early (they are 24hr towing *** but close at 5pm). She agreed they closed early due to a family emergency. I was charged $266.30 to have my car released. I had NO option but to pay their fees in order to get my car released. Included in this price is $35 for a certified letter I never received I was there within 24 hours. They said it was system generated, therefore I had to be charged. It seems as I am charged $17.16 twice for the same "unloaded/enroute mileage or unload/enroute mileage" - I picked up my car personally. $35 for a daily impound rate but they closed early. I had no choice. My car was held due to their early closure which is out of my control. I have evidence of the 2 phone calls I placed attempting to pick up my vehicle as I had to get to work. I attempted to resolve this, but they would not agree to leaving me no option to pay the fee in order to have my car released.I am not disputing the tow. I am disputing the storage charge $35, the unload fee $17.16, the $35 for a certified letter that they never mailed out to inform me my car was towed and $50 administrative fee to retrieve my vehicle from **********, ********. My vehicle was in their lot at **********************************************. I witnessed the location. This company is being dishonest with their fees. I did not sign their fee document as I am not in agreement. Fees were paid in cash as it was the only payment they accept.

On August 18th at about 330am my car broke down in *********. My insurance company couldn't get a tow truck to me for hours and I was in the middle of the road. The **** police towed my car to C&S towing at ****************************************************** about 9am I called the towing company to ask how much i would need to pick it up. I was quoted $225.98. When I arrived, they changed the total to $407.98. They added an "admin" fee of $50 and dmv tow to public access of $182.00 . I was told they charged me $50 because I called to ask how much i needed to bring with me. And the $182.00 to tow it 50 feet to the gate when I picked it up. This is a scam. And they over charged me and held my car until I paid the extra fees.

They never put my truck on the Tow bed and trying to charge me $300 rather than the $150 basic car price. Then I called ahead made an appt. Just wanting to grab one bag out of my truck and they said yes. When I arrived they said no, I had to pay in full. Then they agreed I could take one bag just to make it thru the week, but only this mean old white man went. I never had the chance to even show him exactly where it was, he just tossed my stuff around said he couldnt find it and now I was trespassing. Had to call the ******** police. I need to get my truck by this Friday but the price is unfair. They never towed it. Very unprofessional for no reason as I was being patient and polite. They are now asking $450, my car was towed Saturday night. Its Monday morning.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I was charged $800 for a tow that never happened and $100 a day for storage. When asked if they would lower the price to $700, the * & ********** a man who said his name was *****(*****) said that they would only lower the price if I removed a negative review from ******* I was overcharged and accrued more days of storage due to not being able to afford the high rate of tow/storage. They never towed my vehicle.

    To whom it may concern,

We charged accordingly as this was a COMMERCIAL DUAL WHEEL TRUCK. Not sure where ******* got her information from that it was only $150.00 ("for a basic car") Video and pictures are attached. ******* truck was driven into the library parking lot so the police department could do inventory   after the police finished with inventory the truck was loaded onto a medium duty tow truck and was towed to C & L Towing where commercial storage and other fees applied. ******* also left her truck here for 6 days

As far as a bill adjustment we took off the admin fee $45.00, certified letter $35.00 plus another $56.51 we will not be entertaining Ms. ******* as we charged accordingly.
