- The company states returns for unused, undamaged products are welcome. If an error has been made on the companies part, they will refill the order and deliver the items back to the customer at no charge. Customer must contact the company within 5 days of delivery for approval of the return and the must be shipped back to the company for exchange within 7 days. The company recommends you send the collar back to the company insured as the company does not cover losses due to the USPS. The company states pets are unpredictably aggressive and there is no possible way to know how each individual pet will "treat" their designer collar, there for if owner allows rough play while wearing the collars and as such this is not covered by the policy.
