Franklin Square Management was the property management company for the ************** *********************** from ****s until June 2023. Our new property management company, ****** Property Management has requested multiple times for Franklin Square to forward all documents, records, etc. to no avail.Furthermore, since ****** Property Management has taken over the business of our condominium the board has discovered that ***************************** has requested to speak to the board on multiple occasions since 2016 about the state of our homes that Franklin Square has not provided the information in the best interest to the board members.Furthermore, the ************** has contacted the board in regard to unpaid taxes on condominium property and that the condominium needs to pay the back taxes or will have the tennis courts and playground demolished. The board has also found out that another one of Franklin Squares Management properties in **********, ** that 60 homeowners were evicted from their homes due to unsafe living conditions due to neglecting upkeep of condominums. The board is currently facing a multi-million dollar Building Envelope Project due to the state of our homes not being properly maintained for the past 40 years.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. This is the reason we no longer use the property manager for our condo due to their lack of responsibility and communication to homeowners.

*************** to the compaint from ***************************. First of all we have manageed that property since the 1980's unitl last year. I would think if we had done a bad job why did we last there for several years. As for the new company that was hired we have given them all the records and after several months we still get invoices and bank statements which is a mystery to me.  A a management company we work for the ***** of ******** and the direction from the *****. They have changed boards many times over the years and some *****s are more involved than other boards. I am unaware of any outstanding tax bills. If there was any delinquent taxes or bills we would have been notified by the ************** which did not happen.  As for the other proprty in Rhode ***** which has nothing to do with this property. The Association has been aware of several maintence items and they did no have the money to do the items.

    Thanks
