    Hello,
    I recently connected with the student who filed a complaint due to a series of events that led to this issue. These events do not reflect our standard business practices. ************** and my General Manager have been in communication via email to resolve the situation and ensure he has access to all his purchased courses, learning materials, and promised items.

    To further support him, ************** has been granted unlimited email support, additional indicators, and two months of free access to our most popular learning portal to aid in his financial journey. It appears he now understands the situation that initially caused some delays, has accepted our apology, and we are moving forward with a strong and positive learning experience.

    Please let me know if there is anything else I need to submit.
