    to whom it may concern.

the repairs have not been completed on vehicle, because the parts are dealer direct and on back order. Upon receipt of truck, the owner was made well aware of the delay and avail of parts and was explained that there was another truck just like it at shop waiting on the parts for almost a year. a loaner vehicle at no cost was offered to customer but was declined. Customer called several times threatening that she would "shoot herself" if the repairs weren't completed. We contacted the owners insurance and requested the owner no longer contacted us, but rather, her adjuster to facilitate any and all communication. the insurance company was promised a June 15th date of "ready for replacement parts" but unfortunately parts were not available still, even though vehicle was disassembled and ready for parts.

The local dealership would not take her truck as well as three other shops in town who did not want to work on the vehicle because the owner was not welcome, due to previous situations like this. we have done everything in our power to complete the repairs and accommodate the customer, including 0 storage charges and a free loaner car, but due to circumstances with availability of parts, we are no longer able to continue repairs. We have towed the truck to a dealership about an hour away. Any questions regarding the matter feel free to contact us directly at ************. also, the insurance adjuster, Scott L can be contacted to verify the above information. ************. The vehicle is no longer here.

    Complaint: ***********

I am rejecting this response because: Gus told me that he had located the parts, that was in mid May and he was getting 2 one from ********** and the other from *********** that way he could start it as soon as the 1st one arrived. He stated that he was waiting on the insurance check so that he could order the parts. He said that he was able to locate my parts and not the ones for the 2015 ram. I gave Gus the benefit of the doubt as he stated that it should be ready mid June. When the date was close I stopped by to see what the progress was and inquire about the rental. Gus never came out his worker to me to call the adjuster. This is when the adjuster  was told that it is going to be delayed a couple days, as he was at the Emergency room due to his son hurting his hand. The beginning of July I was told he was getting there and he had 6 injectors in and soaking parts in a solution. I have attached screenshots of messages. I had no choice but to file this claim and proceed with the complaint that he told me to withdraw the complaint for him to finish working on it. I spoke to the supervisor of the insurance to have it removed. I had to pay to have it towed and my adjuster said that he was charging the insurance about 1200 for storage. I never did anything but continue to ask about my truck being done. I also inquired with Ram and Mopar and the parts were available.

    Sincerely,
