To whom it may concern. I went to a mini ****** dealer. to have a recall done. They had to fix the drains in my sun roof. When they were done I noticed my sunscreen for the sun roof wise damaged it was hanging down. It was a nice day when I went there yesterday i had the sun roof open and the screen.Perfect. I was told they may break some clips. So I signed a piece of paper for that. So when I show them the damage they stop being nice and acted like lawyers. Telling me I signed that paper i thought it was about broken clips. Not breaking my sunscreen. It's probably gonna take a couple hundred dollars to fix for a free recall. I would ******* say the gentleman in the morning was very professional. The gentleman in the afternoon was very unprofessional. Especially when they think they're lawyers.. On that note , I hope everybody reading this has a wonderful holidays season. Thank you

I brought a 2019 mini ****** ********** in for a routine oil change. After 45 minutes I was approached by a service tech, Yegor, who proceeded to tell me I needed over 5K worth of service:1. Oil leak was "so bad I shouldn't drive 2. Battery was testing low I was curious about the leak as I experienced NO issues with any oil in my driveway. Additionally I've had no issues with the battery. I called my personal mechanic who advised me to see the car personally which they would not let me. I asked to speak to the ** who was "out of town" but when I asked to speak to leadership they refunded me the $400 for the oil change they performed even though the leak was extravagant. Brought the car to my personal mechanic... nothing wrong with the battery...oil leak was minimal at best....other issues they claimed were wrong simply were not true. I left a message for the ** who did not respond. I went online and found several individuals who have had similar experiences. I would strongly suggest this is NOT the place to service any car.

Our car was towed to Mercedes-Benz of Burlington on September 8. Was told it need a part. Never heard after one week so we called again. Finally informed us car would not be ready until the end of November. Thats 3 months for them to order a part. Seems ridiculous since they can build a car from scratch faster. We asked for A LOANER BUT WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ONE BECAUSE IT WOULD BE AN INCONVENIENCE FOR THEM (what about the customer?) I tried several times to request a loaner as we are in need of a vehicle. I was then told by the Service Manager that they don't provide loaners if they have to order a part and it was a ************* policy and he could not do anything about it (doesn't service department always order parts).I then called ************* *** Headquarters. They informed me the dealership gave me false information. It is not ******** **** policy to not allow a loaner. The representative at HQ informed me it is up to each individual dealership to decide if they want to provide a loaner, I have been a ************* owner for 20 years owning 3 ******** and the prior dealership I used to go to always provided me with a loaner (***** Motors in Haverhil, MA).They hardly ever return phone calls and as I just found out they were providing me with information that was not true. To go without a vehicle for 3 months is a sin on their part, They have not been sympathetic or understanding, Seems they only care about the money. They also told me the bill would be around $2,500. I need help regarding acquiring a loaner from this dealership Your assistance is deeply appreciated.

This was my first experience at this *** and disappointment is the best word to describe my experience. I brought my car in for a diagnostic service that required my center console to be removed. They told me my car was ready for pick up after a few days of working on it. I did not even get a chance to leave the parking lot before I noticed none of the buttons on my center console were working. There is no excuse for this. This is a *** dealership working on a ***. A simple check before telling me it is ready to ensure everything is properly working would have avoided all of this. On top of all of that, there was no apology for making a clear mistake. It felt as if my advisor did not care a mistake was made. Just straight disappointment from this dealership.

Had an appointment with the service manager ************************I was there 15 minutes early. The girl at the desk told him I was there and he had me sitting there for over 45 minutes past our appointment. Never acknowledged me even though he looked right at me twice. I got up and left. He makes it known that his time is much more important than yours. Read a lot of bad reviews about the service ***** Time for a new service manager.

After getting jerked around for 2 weeks I was allowed to put a multi-thousand dollar downpayment on a new rare Audi waiting to be delivered from port and got a receipt with the full VIN of that specific vehicle. A week later I reached out for an update only to be told the car was sold to someone else. Why did I put a deposit down? Why were they still holding my deposit if the car was gone? Why did I have to force all of that information out of them and how long would they have held that deposit if I wasn't pinging them for updates? Extremely shady and incompetent sales/management staff. AVOID AUDI NASUA AT ALL COSTS!!!
