      Product: Brain Games Bible Crossword Puzzles I cannot believe this company is selling this book while knowing, that not only are the puzzles not Bible based, less than half actually are. This important fact should have been stated in the description, false advertisement... I wasted my time and money on this product and have sent it back to you; all of this was for nothing. Your buyer should be fired, they are obviously only doing their job for the money and couldnt be bothered to check the product. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Clearly honestly and integrity is not present and you have the audacity to have ********* in your company name.No longer a customer ******

The online description will be reviewed and more detail added so that future customers do not run into the same issue. A credit for the merchandise cost and that portion of the shipping cost has been issued. Once we receive the return which you mentioned we will refund you for that return postage cost as well.       On March 30, I ordered a leather Bible, with name, a Bible cover with initials and several study supplies as a gift for my son. All was stated "in stock". Add extra 4-5 days for embroidery. I have received no communication from #Christianbooks I called today to be told their embroidery machine was down their computers are not working correctly and no knowledge of why the Bible was never shipped. Very disappointed in the lack of communication on a 200.+ order that was marked as a gift.

      We apologize for the unfortunate and unusual situation that occurred here. We experienced a network outage which affected our ability to handle orders and communicate with customers during that time, and did our best to offer assistance to customers once we were back up and running. This was a unique situation which has since been resolved.

      I ordered on 2/26/2023 a movie called ***** Revolution. They sent me a book the ***** Revolution. I called them and told them I ordered a movie and not a book. The said the movie won't be out for another month. They also said that the book was a copy of the movie that is coming out. They said to send it back at my cost. Their mistake in not stipulating that it was a book and not the **** So unfair that they will not take the blame and make me pay to return it.********

We try to be as clear as possible in our item titles for reasons just such as this - where a title is the same, but the type of item (paperback book, hardcover book, DVD, etc.) is different. We received the returned item and have issued a full refund for the merchandise. Upon further review, we have also refunded for the original postage costs.

      I ordered one book from christianbook.com 2 years ago. I have been receiving thick catalogs ever since. These catalogs use A LOT of paper and as someone whom works in environmental sustainability, this is not good. I have requested emails and catalogs stop coming over a year ago. The emails stopped but I moved and somehow they found my new address. I purposely did not notify anywhere of my address change and dont get mail from any company besides Christianbook now. I dont know how they got my address or why they would find my new address and send me catalogs when Ive requested they stop a long time ago. At this point, this is considered harassment and is terrible for the environment, imagine how many of those they send out.

      Worst company I have ever purchased from. The Bibles were nothing like the description. The print was so small neither young person I purchased the Bibles for could read the print. The binding was different. I sent an email to customer support no response so I called the representative said I will have to check into you returning them since you had them engraved and Ill get back to you. Never did. Filed a complaint with PayPal for a refund. They responded to that. I sent the Bibles back via media mail ( cheaper for me) they CLAIMED since there was no tracking number I wouldnt receive a refund. So they got the Bibles back and my almost 50 dollars. WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING!
