    My review is specific to the Orthodontic side of the practice. They're a traveling team that works from the ************** every other Friday and can only be reached via email by the dental office. We had a horrendous experience with them. No visit ever went as planned nor did the ortho team communicate with us or the dentistry team. We had two children starting treatment and the practices with each were inconsistent. Orders were written for follow up care for one child, but not the other. I asked multiples times for written orders which were never provided. At the follow up visit we waited an additional 30min for the written orders to come through while my child sat in the exam chair waiting for several extractions getting more nervous as time went by. We paid 100% up front for one child's treatment and were then given the runaround for all deliverables after. A scan was needed and they forgot a special item required to do the scan and made a mold instead (OK but reflects poor organization). I was told the equipment made from the mold would be ready in ~30 days. After 3+ months they told us the mold didn't work and another scan was necessary. I called 5+ times between the initial scan and next visit to check on the equipment and was given a different story about the status each time, if I heard back at all. After several additional incidents I asked for a full refund and left ******************. Only then did ****************** Manager (PM) call me (I'd asked several times to speak with them). She left a voicemail and prior to hanging up, started a side conversation where she used the *** bomb before hanging up (all transcribed on my phone). When I did speak with the *** she admitted other families were having similar experiences and asked what they could do to keep our business. There was nothing they could do. A refund was issued and I filed a complaint with the dentist office. I hope they reconsider their collaboration with the current **************.
