ON FEBRUARY 17, 2023 I AGAIN CALLED MICRON AND SPOKE TO ***. SHE SAID SHE WOULD TALK TO HER BOSS AND CALL ME BACK. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      Micron strives for 100% customer satisfaction in all dealings with customers.

      ******************** placed an order on our website via PayPal for 1 RODAR II Ultrasonic Pest Repeller in the amount of $99.95 on January 30, 2023.

      The customers' order was shipped on January 30th via the US **************** Priority Mail tracking number 9405511206213642476165.

      According to US ************** the package was delivered on February 1.

      The customer called and spoke with *** in our office who provided her with the tracking number and explained that the tracking shows that it was delivered and that in such cases when a package is showing that it has been delivered it is our experience that it is best for the customer to speak directly with their local post office and/or mail carrier for faster resolution of the matter.

      Again we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and to that end we would like to find an equitable resolution to this matter.

      We can open an investigation with the US ************** and await their finding if that is agreeable.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      I AM REJECTING THE COMPANY'S ANSWER. THE FORM ALREADY SUBMITTED BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO WRITE MY REJECTION RESPONSE. I ALREADY INVESTIGATED MY MISSING PACKAGE WITH THE POST OFFICE. MY REGULAR MAIL CARRIER NEVER SAW SUCH A PACKAGE AND NEVER DELIVERED A PACKAGE TO ME. I WANT A REFUND.
