- For sanitary reasons, there are no refunds on mouthpieces, reeds, or other items that are used by mouth. New instruments may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided that they are returned in the exact, new condition that they were sold. Used instruments may be returned within 7 days in the condition sold. There are no refunds on instrument rental payments. Due to copyright reasons, refunds cannot be honored on sheet music or other publications. Other merchandise returns must be in unopened condition within 14 days of purchase in exchange for store credit only. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returned merchandise.
