Business ProfileforNeelus Eyebrow Threading

This past summer about 6-7 months ago I visited Neelus eyebrow threading (their ******* ** location) for my eyebrows to be threaded. I noticed that they were including a tip from the cash that I had given even though tipping is optional. I then left a review on ****** about the business and about employees charging me extra and taking tips without asking. On their site it is listed as $10 service but they charge me $12 I also realized during previous visits whenever I paid with cash,( usually a $20), they would give me $7 back, so they stole extra money from me every time again tipping is optional. On 11/27/2021 I went in to the business and an employee recognized me from my ****** profile picture and came up to me, questioning me about my review and harassed me enough until I changed my review on ******. She was extremely rude, I felt ambushed. I've gone to this place for years and I felt so disrespected. Upon speaking she forced me to delete my review. She was pushy and told me to lie and say that they offer good services. I felt like I had no other option and felt extremely embarrassed because I had just gotten my eyebrows done by them again. This place is super unprofessional and Im scared to return, its now a threatening environment for me to be in.
