    In October I dropped off my **** Cougar to get a power steering fluid leak fixed. Brennans took the car and after a month of them having the car charged me $500 and had me pick the car up. When I brought it home the car leaked power steering fluid in my driveway and was now difficult to turn the steering wheel which it hadn't been before. I brought the car back and asked that they fix these problems. They took the car back and over the months of November and December had me pick the car up multiple times claiming to be fixed just to have it leak again in my driveway and have the same difficulty in steering. They claimed during one of the times I dropped it off there would be no extra charge as I already paid them $500. At the end of December, they said they finally had the solution to the leak but needed more time to fix it. I then waited until January 12th and after them not returning my calls I decided Id had enough, and I was going to pick up my car and bring it somewhere else. Upon my arrival they made me wait while they texted back and forth with the owner about what to do until they finally told me my car was done and they wanted another $150. I reminded them they said there would be no extra charge for the work to which they got the owner on the phone who was blatantly rude and told me they would not give me back my car without paying the $150. I paid the money and brought the car home just to have it leak again in my driveway and have the new power steering pump they installed make loud noises. After this I took the car to ******************** in ******* who told us part of the problem was that ********* used radiator hose instead of power steering hose which caused a leak, and that the car will need a power steering rack to be completely fixed because by ********* use of incorrect parts that damaged my power steering rack. The car has sat since because I am a college student with little money and paid $650 for my car to be more broken than it was.

    Went in with one problem they fixed but I came out with a lot more safety concerns after leaving car over night in the shop. I do not feel comfortable going into detail. Becareful.
