      I want to report an unsatisfactory service by comfi.com This had happened before. I did not authorize the charge for a $20 purchase on dates: ********* charges on October 27. One charge on October 28th, One charge on October 29, and a November 9 charge. Total $100

      I purchased an international calling card from Comfi.com called *****. As of August 24. 2023, I had a balance of approximately $44.50 to be used for international calling. On August 25. 2023, fraudulent activity caused my card balance to fall to $12.78. The next day, August 26, 2023, the balance was reduced to 1 cent. Comfi.com has demonstrated to me they have little security with the system. Accounts are not provided any effective safeguards. Since this began there have been at least 65 fraudulent calls made using my pin account.I would like a full refund of $45.50

      I apptempted to contact comfi.com on July 20, 2023 and August 18, 2023 because the $10 card I purchased was unusable. The invoice # is: ********. When tried contacting customer support via chat, I was given the runaround. I eventually contacted Headquarters and was asked to provide my bank account number, which I refused, given that I purchased the card via PayPal. I was told that if I provided my bank account number, I would receive a $100 gift card, but I still refused. Please be aware that comfi.com removed the telephone number for customer service from the website and the only way to contact customer service is via chat or email. After scouring the internet for a telephone number, I found it at: *****************************************************

      I have ***** calling card issued by comfi.com. It has $33 on it. The card is for making phone calls overseas, but very rarely works. I keep getting messages about the numbers i am calling not being available, but i know they are. The service is totally unreliable. I just want it fixed so i can make international calls.

      Date of transaction: Dec 2022-May 2023 Amount paid to the business: $50+Nature of dispute: Business changed Terms of *******, customer did not accept change, business acknowledged its obligation to refund monies on account, but has not done so Has Business tried to resolve: Yes, business acknowledges refund but has not followed through Account: ***** PIN#************ This complaint is identical to others presented on this BBB site. We have been happy Comfi customers since 2015, at which time a refill on the card was contracted for every 6 months, per the Terms of ******** ******* has been good, despite Comfis technical issues. We last loaded $50 on the card in December 2022, anticipating it would need a top ** in June 2023. In March 2023, the service stopped, we were unable to place calls. I contacted ***** and ***** reinstated the service. Two days later, the service stopped again, I contacted *****, and **** reinstated the service. **** said the Terms of ******* had changed and that I had to top up every 2 months, or call every 2 months to have the service reinstated. Two days later, the service stopped again, I was on a chat with ***** who reinstated the service. This time ***** said we are very sorry for this, but its the system, it was technical issue. And when I questioned the change in Terms of *******, she was definitive: As I told above, there was a technical issue in the system. In April, after more service problems, I asked for a refund of monies remaining on account. The agent agreed, as long as the refund was sent to a Paypal account. I opened a Paypal account and have accordingly advised Comfi 3 times. Know that I, as with other customers, have spent so much time on chats, on the phone, with emails, and now this appeal through BBB. In any other circumstance, the vendor would be obliged to compensate for time incurred by their error, a sum greater than the refund amount.

      7/29/2023 My calling card stop working.Try to call business several times no answer.Sand message no answer.Try to chat no respond.My pin code received from company is not active.Several attempt to resolve issue no respond from company at all.

      I have been unable to use my international cardinal calling card issued by Comfi.com for some time now. I have a healthy monetary balance on the card. Neither access code is working to be able to call out of the US. There is no customer service by phone. Their chat feature does not work. I have also sent a message via an online "ticket" and have not had a reply now for six days. I have had a few other issues in the past with Comfi. com.....such as my no. being hacked several times by **************** countries and my balance going down to zero as a result. They have always eventually restored my balance and come through with a solution in these instances. This is the first time I am getting no response from them.No contact from Comfi.com leaves me feeling frustrated and angry at the company. It feels like the wrong way to conduct a business.I wish to be contacted by someone from Comfi.com who will tell me what is going on and what needs to be done for me to be able to once again used ********** card. I don't want to wait and wait as I need to use my card immediately.

      On July 21st 2023 I did refill my ***** phone card through Comfi.com. Since then anytime when I want to make a phone call using my ***** card it says that NO services on any their phones US Toll Free: **************** or ************* and I can not open their website to contact to customer service like it says on their voice machine! Website Comfi.com is not exist anymore. I dont know how I can get refund if it is no way I can contact to them.... Here is a copy of my invoice.       I have been buying phone cards from Comfi.com for 20 years and never had a problem except for having to call occasionally to reactivate my PIN (last purchase longer than 6 months, now 60 days ago.) From my last purchase (see below) of still have a credit of over $10. Between July 22 and July 24, it seems that Comfi shut down. None of the access phone numbers nor the website are working.       Comfi charged my credit card on July 20th for $10 but no service was provided and their phone and website are disconnected not
