  ******, the principal at Grant Associates LLC is a consumate professional. He has completed an outdoor second story deck. A laundry room renovation. All work was communicated clearly, completed on schedule, the sites left clean and painted perfectly.

  *** did an excellent job renovating our three-season back porch. He replaced three of the four walls, the windows, and the door, turning it into a wonderful place for family meals, zoom meetings, and TV/movie watching. In a separate project, he quickly removed the debris from our barn after a tree had fallen on it, saving us a major headache. *** is friendly, knows what he's doing, and shows up when he says he will.

  ****** Grant (Grant Associates LLC) Rob Grant completed a small bathroom remodel in my Cambridge condo over a couple of weeks in Dec 2022. The work involved replacement and adjustment of bathroom fixtures (shower, lights, overhead fan). Post-installation finishing work included matching existing paint and replacing portions of drywall. He completed the work very efficiently. Everything works perfectly and looks great.He provided advice on job details that minimized the costs and extent of the renovation, and managed all aspects of materials selection, purchase, pick-up and installation without additional workers. He communicated all aspects of the work clearly and performed all work according to planned schedule and budget, with minimal noise and clean-up (critical for work within a larger condo building). He is easy to work with and took care to understand the details of the fixtures, including use of the color adjustment on the new LED lights to match existing fixtures.*** has a broad-based background for remodeling projects and I recommend considering him for any scope of work that can be managed and performed solely by him, or with the help of a small crew under his direction.

  We engaged Grant Associates to a wide perform a variety a maintenance tasks, such as repairing and replacing exterior woodwork, deck, lighting, and windows, as well as some painting. For tasks that required more work than initial estimates, *** took time to explain the problem and offer alternatives before proceeding. At the completion of the job, we reviewed all the work together. We were completely satisfied with our the quality of the work, the price we paid, and execution of the project.

  *** installed a french door in my home when we needed to use an open space for an office and add some privacy. He guided us through the purchasing process, took care of some custom adjustments to make the door fit, and did a high quality job on installation and painting. He was professional and easy to communicate with throughout and the project was on time / budget. Would definitely work with him again for a similar project!
